Hebe is a wrist wearable device designed to work alongside an additional digital wellness function within Instagram. The wrist device ensures portability and compatibility for daily usage. Hebe uses light and pulsation frequency technology as it is proven to affect a user's emotions and mood.
What is this project?
With my targetted user group of 13 -16 year olds, the main aim of this project is to encourage mindfulness through Instagram by designing an ecosystem of a physical aspect and a digital interface.
